Who we are

What data we collect

• Information you provide via our forms (Book a demo, Contact): your name, work email, company, role, team type and size, and your message. You provide this voluntarily.
• Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider processes standard connection data (IP address, browser/user-agent, pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
• Audience measurement: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless — it sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and reports only aggregated, non-identifying metrics.
• No tracking cookies. Your appearance/theme preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to us. Fonts are self-hosted, so visiting Senjep sends no requests to third-party font providers.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your demo or contact request and follow up — steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering you.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website — our legitimate interest.
• To measure aggregate audience (cookieless) — our legitimate interest in understanding usage.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors that help us run the site, under appropriate agreements:

• Web3Forms — delivers your form submissions to us by email.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and cookieless analytics.

International transfers

Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, appropriate safeguards apply (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep your form messages and contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and least-privilege access — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
